Live Oak Nutrition Inc. d/b/a Health Naturals does not warrant and shall have no liability for information provided on this website regarding recommendations concerning substances for any and all health purposes. 

No statements made on this site have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. No product on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do not handle products on this website if you are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use and see your healthcare practitioner if you experience dizziness, tremors, sleeplessness, headache, heart palpitations or tingling sensations, or any other adverse reaction. You understand and agree Live Oak Nutrition Inc. d/b/a Health Naturals products may not and will not be exported or resold, you agree that you will be responsible for handling and/or mishandling by you or a third party.  You as the customer are responsible for your own safety, and the safety of third parties to whom you give any product.

3) Indemnification.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Live Oak Nutrition d/b/a Health Naturals and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including expenses, damages, costs, and reasonable attorney's fees, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of your use of the content on this website, or any content you submit, post, or transmit through this website, your use of this website, the use of this website by any other person accessing this website with your account, your violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement, or your violation of another's rights.

6) Certificate of Analysis.

The Certificate of Analysis for a product may not always match the exact bottle you are buying. The remaining product matching the previous Certificate of Analysis may still be being sold.  Two different batches may be sold at the same time with the Certificate of Analysis only showing on the website for one of the batches. The Certificate of Analysis may not always be updated on the exact day new batches arrive.  The Certificate of Analysis is a translation of the manufacturer's or independent lab analysis and should not be solely used as an instrument for strict quality control.

7) Age and Residency.

You must be a legal adult in the country & state of your residence.  At this time, Live Oak Nutrition d/b/a Health Naturals products are only allowed to be sold within the United States and Canada. By agreeing to the terms & conditions you are verifying that you are a legal adult and that you are a full time resident within the United States or Canada. You are also responsible for the well-being of any third party to whom you give our products.

8) Copyright, Licenses, Use Restrictions and Idea Submissions. 

The copyright on all material provided on this Site is held by Health Naturals or by the original creator of the material. Except as stated herein, none of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Health Naturals or the copyright owner.
