Return & Purchase policies

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Health Naturals. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the tracking number on your return shipment must be emailed to email@example.com. Nootropic chemical compounds are exempt & are non-refundable. We carry many different sizes, if you order a ninety count there may be occasions when you receive three thirty counts of the same product to make up the ninety count, or a one hundred twenty count of the same product to make up two sixty counts ordered etc. We are not responsible for shipments that FedEx or USPS tracking confirms as delivered to the address you provide or if you provide the incorrect address. If an order is canceled and a refund is issued it is because fraud analysis detected a problem with the credit card used, or we could not ship to your location. You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address you provide is a valid shipping address. We do not accept certified checks. All shipping processes are under surveillance security camera monitoring to ensure exact items are always sent out and to keep cost low for the ninety nine percent of good honest customers from the one percent of dishonest which claim they were sent the incorrect product when surveillance shows otherwise. If you claim that you were sent the incorrect product, incorrect size etc., and surveillance shows the shipment was correct you will be directed to this page. If FedEx/USPS tracking shows that your package never arrived, notice must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you place two separate orders on the same day the orders may be combined into one order for shipping purposes. Our shipments go out the same day depending on time zone*. Depending on the weather or FedEx/USPS technical difficulties there may be occasions when packages are delayed. We are not responsible for FedEx/USPS delays. Please make sure your order is as you want it. Orders are unable to be changed, canceled, or adjusted once they are placed. Orders often ship out very fast; often within 10 minutes or so. 2. CanadaBilling Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our service. If a shipment does not make it through U.S. customs we will reimburse you. All Canadian order ship via USPS, we do not offer FedEx Express shipping to Canada. We can not offer full refunds which a foreign delivery service may lose, however we are willing to work with our Canadian customers on a case by case basis.
3. Billing Policy
The customer is only billed at the point of sale. There are no additional fees. There are no recurring payments that are billed to the customer.
